Keep them sharp. Dull knives require you to bear-down on what you are cutting, which can lead to slips and accidents. Use the steel if it came with your knife set or contact us if you need to purchase one.
If you do cut yourself while using a knife, immediately run the cut under cold water. Once the bleeding stops, disinfect and bandage the wound. If the cut is too deep and continues to bleed, apply pressure. If the bleeding still doesn’t stop, seek medical attention.
